Newsletter for 1/4/07- A.C.T.S Ministry
Happy New Year!!!
I pray that your New Year is going great and that you are expecting to accomplish awesome things with God this
year!! I know that His dreams for you are greater than we can imagine!
I have some new things to share with you about Kingdom Power Now Ministries for the upcoming year 2007. First, I
want to invite you to our Saturday Night ALL Church Ministry Time on January 13, 2007 @ 6 PM in the Rainier
Assembly of God Fellowship Hall. We will have Evangelist, Conference Speaker, Musician and Song Writer Ormel
Chapin speaking. Ormel has written songs for DC Talk and Tait, as well as being an incredible piano player himself
and in-demand conference speaker. Child care will be available and will be taking up an offering to bless Ormel and
those involved with childcare.
Secondly, we are applying a new name to our Saturday Night Ministry Time. A.C.T.S. which stands for All Churches
Training Service. This Saturday night Ministry time is an opportunity for those of all Christian churches to come
together and get "fired up" and then return to their home church on Sunday morning ready to minister in their
churches and help to set the fires of Revival throughout our Lower Columbia Area!! Our Team that facilitates this
ministry is made up several different churches and backgrounds including Assemblies of God, Church of God,
Christian Evangelistic Assemblies and several independents. The goal of this ministry time is not to "build" these
denominations or any one church but to build the Kingdom. However, the local churches will be built up as the
parishioners return to their church homes having experienced the Holy Spirit along-side other believers from outside
of their circles.
We have seen quite a few miracles and healings take place, since we started this nine months ago. Just a few of
these are as follows:
- Knees that needed replacements, completely healed giving total mobility on the spot.
- Deliverance from drugs (meth), alcohol and cigarettes.
- Numerous backs healed.
- People hobbling in with canes, etc. and walking out with no assistance.
- Words of Wisdom, Words of Knowledge and Prophetic Words given.
- Marriages Healed.
- Children Healed.
- Relationships Restored.
- And many, many more!!
We have had pastors from the local area speak and lead worship, as well as pray with us for those that need it. The
entire goal of this ministry is to bless God's Kingdom!!
We have some other new things coming for 2007 as well and as the details of these things come into greater focus,
we will be able to share them with you as well! Please pray with us that God will manifest His Kingdom in a greater
way in 2007. Remember this is how Jesus told us to pray, "Your Kingdom Come, Your Will be done on Earth as it is in
Heaven!" and may Isaiah 61 become true in your life!!
1 The Spirit of God, the Master, is on me because God anointed me. He sent me to preach good news to the poor,
heal the heartbroken, Announce freedom to all captives, pardon all prisoners. 2 God sent me to announce the year of
his grace - a celebration of God's destruction of our enemies - and to comfort all who mourn, 3 To care for the needs
of all who mourn in Zion, give them bouquets of roses instead of ashes, Messages of joy instead of news of doom, a
praising heart instead of a languid spirit. Rename them "Oaks of Righteousness" planted by God to display his glory.
4 They'll rebuild the old ruins, raise a new city out of the wreckage. They'll start over on the ruined cities, take the
rubble left behind and make it new. 5 You'll hire outsiders to herd your flocks and foreigners to work your fields, 6 But
you'll have the title "Priests of God," honored as ministers of our God. You'll feast on the bounty of nations, you'll
bask in their glory. 7 Because you got a double dose of trouble and more than your share of contempt, Your
inheritance in the land will be doubled and your joy go on forever. 8 "Because I, God, love fair dealing and hate
thievery and crime, I'll pay your wages on time and in full, and establish my eternal covenant with you. 9 Your
descendants will become well-known all over. Your children in foreign countries Will be recognized at once as the
people I have blessed."
10 I will sing for joy in God, explode in praise from deep in my soul! He dressed me up in a suit of salvation, he
outfitted me in a robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom who puts on a tuxedo and a bride a jeweled tiara. 11 For as
the earth bursts with spring wildflowers, and as a garden cascades with blossoms, So the Master, God, brings
righteousness into full bloom and puts praise on display before the nations.
