Happy New Year!!

I hope that 2006 was a great year for you and that you accomplished everything that you wanted to. Hopefully you
have grown in your relationship with the Lord and have gone to new depths with Him. However, you do need to know
that He has even greater dreams and plans for you in 2007. In fact, I want to share a little bit about what I believe that
the Lord is saying to us for the Lower Columbia Area for 2007.
As I have prayed about this, the Lord has put Luke 11 on my heart.

Luke 11:1-3
Now it came to pass, as He was praying in a certain place, when He ceased, that one of His disciples said to Him,
"Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples." 2 So He said to them, "When you pray, say: Our Father in
heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. 3 Give us day by
day our daily bread. 4 And forgive us our sins, For we also forgive everyone who is indebted to us. And do not lead
us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one."

I believe that the Lord wants us to begin manifesting the Kingdom in a greater form here than we ever have before!!
Many areas of the country are spiritually ahead of us in Revival because they have already begun walking this out.

So Jeff, what does it mean to "manifest the Kingdom"? It is really stepping out in faith and expecting the Lord to follow
through on what He has already said that He would do. I meet many leaders that are afraid to pray for healing or to
step out in the prophetic or enter into the supernatural realm that God has because they are not sure that it is God's
Will or His timing. However, this really goes against scripture and Jesus whole mission.
There is nothing more that God the Father or Jesus the Son can do to provide for these things to take place. As for
the Holy Ghost, I believe that He is shouting, "GO!!!" The reticence and reservation is all on our part. (See previous
Newsletters on our web site.)

In Romans 8:19 it says this:  19 For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons
of God.

The whole planet is groaning for the church (us) to become what God has called us to be! Remember the verse that
states that the rocks will cry out if we don't worship? If nature is impatiently waiting for us, how much more is our
Creator and Savior waiting?

One of my great thrills of ministry is to watch someone that knows that they are called to something and to finally see
them walking in it. The expression on their face is always luminescent as they realize that it wasn't a pipedream but it
really was the Lord that had put that dream in their heart. They come to grips with the fact that God had prepared
them and He is providing the power for what He has called them to.

On the other hand, it is very disappointing to talk to someone that knows that they have a call on their lives but they
are not doing anything about it. Even as they tell me that they will do something about it tomorrow, their eyes drop to
the floor knowing that it will not happen then either.

Jesus addresses these doubts right after He tells us how to pray. Let's go back to Luke 11 and read on.

Luke 11:5-13: 5 And He said to them, "Which of you shall have a friend, and go to him at midnight and say to him,
'Friend, lend me three loaves; 6 for a friend of mine has come to me on his journey, and I have nothing to set before
him'; 7 and he will answer from within and say, 'Do not trouble me; the door is now shut, and my children are with me
in bed; I cannot rise and give to you'? 8 I say to you, though he will not rise and give to him because he is his friend,
yet because of his persistence he will rise and give him as many as he needs. 9 "So I say to you, ask, and it will be
given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 10 For everyone who asks receives, and he
who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. 11 If a son asks for bread from any father among you, will
he give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent instead of a fish? 12 Or if he asks for an egg,
will he offer him a scorpion? 13 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more
will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!"

If God has called you to something and He opens the door for you, it will not be for failure!!! Will it turn out exactly the
way that you think? Probably not!! It will likely be better and you will learn more along the way!!

Let's get back to the year 2007. We know that the number seven is prophetic and represents the number of divine
revolutions and cycles. It also represents God's dominance and control. So as we enter into the seventh year of the
seventh millennium should we not be expecting? (Adam was created approximately 4000 BC and we are entering into
the third millennium AD, thus the 7th Millennium.) We need to set our sights high for what God is going to do this
year. He is not known for failing to make the grade!! Step out in the direction that He has spoken to you about and
see what He does with it!!!! Happy New Year!!
