Directors- Rocky & Denise Sandberg
Rocky and Denise are very excited to see the Lower Columbia Healing Rooms finally manifested. They received the
vision for this ministry in 2005 and struggled to see it come to pass. They have described this ministry as two fold.
The obvious fruit is seeing people get healed but the benefit that the Sandbergs are even more excited about, is
seeing the Christians of the Longview, Kelso, Rainier area, get trained in how to pray for the sick. This part of the
ministry will be a great blessing to every church that is involved.
Rocky and Denise have been involved with Kingdom Power Now Ministries since it's inception. They are gifted in the
areas of Pastoral Ministry and Teaching. They are also gifted counselors that can hear very clearly from the Holy
Spirit. We feel very blessed to have them as the leaders of the Lower Columbia Healing Rooms.
Apostolic Oversight- Pastor Jeff & RoxAnne McCracken
Jeff and RoxAnne are the founders and Senior Leaders of Kingdom Power Now Ministries. They have also been the
Senior Associates at Rainier Assembly of God, in Rainier, OR since 2004. They are licensed with the Christian
Evangelistic Assemblies and have served in the Assemblies of God, Christian Evangelistic Assemblies and the
Church of God (Cleveland, Tenn.). They are gifted in the prophetic and teaching areas and love to be involved in the
moving of the Holy Spirit. Many, many people have been healed and received prophetic words through their ministry.

The Lower Columbia Healing Rooms believe very strongly in accountablity. This is manifested through
relationship with the International Association of Healing Rooms as well as a local advisory board. We feel

Pastor Bob Hill
Bob Hill is the Founder of Renewed Hope Ministries a local non-denominational Inter-City Church located in
Vancouver, Washington USA. He currently hosta a thirty minute radio program called One Accord that has aired daily
for ten years on the Crawford Broadcasting Network in Portland, Oregon. In 2000, he founded a Network of World
Ministries known today as, (ARC) Apostolic Reference Council International with ministries in the USA, Israel,
Botswana, Malawi, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe. ARC International Africa is headquartered in Kanye, Botswana and
hosts a local church, and local pre-school and primary school. He is founder of ARC Internationals online Bible
Institute for training USA and African Pastors. His University training includes a B.S. degree in Communications from
Evergreen State College Olympia, Washington. Ministerial Studies Global University A/G Springfield, MO. Arts and
Science degree in Business Administration from Clark College Vancouver, Washington. Clinical Pastoral Education
Chaplaincy Internship (16 CPE units) followed by 3 years as a core Chaplaincy Staff Member of Southwest
Washington Hospitals Vancouver, Washington. Bob has been in continual pastoral ministry for more than thirty years.
He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Portland, Oregon Healing Rooms.
Shellie Jefferson
Shellie is a local business person that is very gifted in the area of intercession and the gift of prophecy. Shellie also
leads the prayer ministry at Rainier Assembly of God.
Pastor Jim Phelps
Jim and Shirley are formerly local business owners that now minister in many different facets. Locally, they have a
strong jail outreach ministry where they were instrumental in a large portion of the inmates getting filled with the Holy
Spirit and drastically changing their recitivism rate. They also have a very strong international ministry speaking in
conferences in countries all over the world. They are licensed through Lamp Lighter Ministries and love to see the
Holy Spirit move through healing and prophecy.
Pastor Mark Schmutz
Mark and Jana serve as the Senior Pastors at Northlake Baptist Church in Longview, WA. They have strong giftings
that have been not only a blessing in the Northwest but also across the United States and throughout the world. We
are excited to have them as part of our team giving us oversight.
Pastor Garry Seigenthaller
Garry and Ruth serve as the Senior Pastors at Rainier Assembly of God. They have ministered all over the world and
have pastored throughout the Northwest. Garry operates in a strong prophetic and pastoral gift that provides for a
very gracious and loving insight into people's lives. His graciousness and humility have allowed him to speak into
some of the premier ministers, spiritual writers and leaders of our day and age. He is a great asset and friend to our
ministry and us personally.
